All of our orders are dispatched via pallet courier. This means your order will be with you within 5 working days and will be booked in with you via the number you provide on ordering to arrange a suitable day for delivery. 

A pallet courier will deliver your order to a kerbside location only. Your order will be delivered on a pallet and you will be required to unload the items and take them into your property (the driver will not be able to help with this) and you will need to dispose of (or upcycle!) the pallet. 

If you live in a restricted area or in a flat our delivery option may not be suitable for you if you cannot take a pallet kerbside delivery. If you need to cancel your order due to this please get in touch on sales@suchcomfort.com.
